Take part in the fight against cancer, by buying a Horse & Hope package

The funds collected by Horse & Hope will be intended for the association "SE VINCE", in favor of the Institute for Cancer Research of Lille, and for the foundation "LES AMIS DE BORDET", who works for the institute of care and research Jules Bordet.  

Stéphanie Luppino's association: "SE VINCE", raises funds for the IRCL The research themes currently being developed by the IRCL teams relate to: Tumor dormancy and the factors of persistence of leukemic cells (Team of Professor Bruno Quesnel - Inserm UMR 1172), recurrence of breast cancer (Team of Doctor Chann Lagadec -Inserm U 908), resistance to treatments for childhood cancers (Team of Doctor Samuel Meignan - Oscar Lambret Center - Inserm U908). Dr. Soncin's team is developing microfluidic systems to artificially reconstruct human blood vessels observable under microscopy.

Its researchers play a leading role at the international level, constantly initiating new lines of research and coordinating numerous clinical studies, among the most important of the moment.

The Horse & Hope project was born on the initiative of Gaëtan Decroix in 2019  

A professional rider for 15 years, Gaëtan himself fought the disease for the first time 5 years ago and a second time last year. He knows better than anyone that we can be cured of this disease. However, many cancers remain difficult, even impossible to cure. Today, this disease affects 17.5 million people worldwide; unfortunately, more and more of us are concerned by this scourge which is the second leading cause of death on the planet. It is therefore urgent to support science in order to be able to hope to cure definitively all the many forms of this complex disease. 

In order to carry out this idea, Gaëtan surrounded himself with the online sales platform "Ekestrian" which, affected by this project, decided to support it. The system is simple and completely clear. Coverings and straws contracts, generously offered by stallions, will be auctioned on the Ekestrian online platform. The latter take care of all the stewardship and the communication of the sale which will take place online in the month of March 2020 from 10 to 11^th. All the profits after deduction of the selling costs reduced to the minimum will be donated to the association "SE VINCE" and at the "LES AMIS DE BORDET" foundation, the entire communication campaign and most of the organizational costs are offered by Ekestrian. This project would be nothing without the generosity of a large number of people whom we sincerely wish to thank. Obviously, in the first place, our gratitude goes to the many stallions owners, centers, breeders and riders who have, without hesitation, agreed to participate in this great initiative because without them, the project could not have been carried out. We are extremely touched by their great devotion. On the other hand, we would like to thank you, future customers, who by choosing our sale, will help to advance a noble cause.
