In the face of recent events, Ekestrian has conducted a survey of its European transporters, and in anticipation of the March, 17th and 18th sale, Ekestrian is deploying a system for its customers to allow horse buyers to make their purchases with peace of mind:

 

• To date, no restrictions on the transport of goods, livestock and sport animals have been mentioned or legally established, and transporters have not observed any difficulties in transporting horses from sales.
• Possible blockings in the international transport of horses would in the future come from possible slowdowns in the production of documents by the DDPPs (Departmental Directorates for the Protection of Populations), a fact which is not currently observed.
• Well aware of the stakes involved in breeding, and to anticipate possible delays in the latter, Ekestrian has deployed the Ekestrian Serenity Plan, described below.

 

 

Ekestrian Serenity Plan :

 

• Ekestrian works hand in hand with the breeders and sellers of each of the lots in the catalogue, in order to guarantee, at the lowest possible cost, a place and board, available without moving the horse, at the breeder's or seller's as soon as the auction takes place. The whole chain is ready to ensure the best possible service. The prices of these boarding houses are clearly indicated on the form of a lot, on the right hand side under "conditions".
• Ekestrian's after-sales service, and turnkey service to our customers, is maintained and assured at 100% efficiency, with no changes from the usual and no time restrictions.
• This means that you will always have someone at Ekestrian to assist you in all your dealings and ensure effective communication with the sellers.
• For those wishing to transport a lot, our after-sales service will be as efficient as possible
• The only lot of straws and embryos stored in Italy at AVANTEA will have a shipping delay: their transport will resume after their confinement, that is to say in a few weeks. In the meantime, the monthly storage fee is 16€/month maximum.
• PS: the after-sales service does not concern the sale of straws but an adviser will always be available for your questions.
